TASK 5.2: Remove obsolete code paths and document final architecture

Perform final cleanup after validation and leave a clear record of the new ownership boundaries.

This task should:

remove temporary compatibility code or development-only migration scaffolding no longer needed,
ensure no misleading references remain to Laravel-owned persistence,
document the final responsibility split across Keycloak, backend, and Front.
