TASK 7: Curated Export To S3 (Out of Scope)

Summary

NOTE: This task is currently out of scope for the first implementation slice.

This task will implement export of the finished curated entities back to S3 curated/ as Parquet, together with diagnostics and publish-stage failure semantics. It will close the warehouse publication loop for the first Brink orders ETL slice.
