# spensara-docs (internal)

Internal documentation home for Spensara. Not for customers.

- Code stays in GitHub (`Bematechus/KDSAI`). This repository holds documentation only.
- `INDEX.md` lists every extracted file with its source path, branch and commit.
- `SPENSARA-OVERVIEW.md` is the single summary: architecture, onboarding, data tools, workflows and gap analysis.
- `CAPABILITY-ASSESSMENT.md` answers who should do the remaining work.

To refresh: re-clone KDSAI from the xstore mirror, re-run the extraction, and commit with the new source commit in `INDEX.md`.
