# TASK 4.3: Remove Laravel database-backed infrastructure and local persistence code

## Summary

Delete the remaining Laravel database dependencies after the BFF refactor is complete.

## Dependencies

- TASK 4.2 complete

## Files to Modify

Likely files:

- `Front/config/database.php`
- `Front/config/cache.php`
- `Front/config/queue.php`
- `Front/config/session.php`
- `Front/app/Models/*`
- `Front/database/migrations/*`
- `Front/database/seeders/*`

## Required Behavior

Laravel must no longer require:

- database connection config,
- Eloquent model tables,
- database-backed sessions,
- database-backed cache,
- database-backed queue/failure storage,
- local migrations or seeders for app runtime behavior.

Any remaining cache or queue behavior should use non-database providers or be removed if no longer needed.

## Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] Laravel runtime no longer depends on DB config
- [ ] Laravel session/cache/queue are not configured to use database drivers
- [ ] Obsolete Eloquent models are removed
- [ ] Obsolete migrations and seeders are removed
- [ ] Laravel boots and serves the portal without a DB connection

## Notes

- Delete only after replacement paths are fully working.
- Prefer removing dead code rather than leaving misleading compatibility scaffolding.
